Welcome to Manset Maine.     Manset is part of the Southwest Harbor area, sharing it's beautiful scenic views of the harbor, the mountains, the boats and beaches.  Manset's main road is along the Seawall which quickly turns into Acadia National Park at Seawall where views get bold and the open coastline gets long for an excellent drive or stroll along it via road or beach.   Visitors can park in numerous places, get out, walk on the huge granite dance floor, along the rocky  beach....sit at a picnic table, sunbathe ....  it's a wonderful spot.  Visitors can simply pull up and enjoy it from their vehicle.   Just down the road from the Park is the Ship Harbor Trail, a very popular visitor area.  This trail  is not very difficult with small inclines and some rooty paths.
