cottage right on the Patten Pond, a beautiful 740 acre lake. Located
at the end of a quiet road on a large parcel with lawn chairs
and a picnic table. Guests can enjoy
the dock, kayaks, plus a firepit on
the lawn with a horse shoe pit, croquet and a basketball hoop
for the kids. Guest can
swim, fish for bass or trout, or just relax and enjoy the
loons from this peaceful getaway. The cottage has
2 bedrooms - one master bedroom downstairs with a king bed and private bath,
and 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds and a queen bed. There is a full
kitchen, living room and a wonderful sun
room facing the water. There is also a laundry room and additional bathroom.
Relax and Enjoy the views from every room throughout this Maine style
vacation cottage.
