Built
in the 1880’s, Barncastle was the first of Blue Hill’s grand
summer cottages.
Barncastle is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places and is now operated as
a Hotel and Restaurant, still welcoming summer visitors to
Blue Hill more than 120 years later. The
Guestrooms at Barncastle are spacious and thoughtfully
appointed. Each room features a king size bed with
pillow top mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, down pillows
and duvets. Amenities include a flat screen TV, wireless
internet access, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
All rooms have private baths with tiled showers, and are
equipped with hairdryers and irons for your convenience.
