Mount Desert Island Waterfront Campground with views of
Somes Sound. This campground
on Mount Desert Island is located in Hall Quarry, a
significant part of Acadia National Park's history which sits
along the scenic shores of Somes Sound. This location is one of
the island's most coveted as it which boasts the only
fjord on the Eastern seaboard with views that are
breathtaking. The campground offers
campsites along the Somes Sound waterfront, nestled wooded sites, camper
sites, RV sites, cabins rentals and vacation cottages
amongst the natural landscapes. All have access to the shore, boat ramp, dock and deck on
the Somes Sound. The campground also has a bath house
and granite quarry with paddle boats. |
